Sun Salutations and Yoga

The Sun Salutation is a sequence of 12 positions performed as one continuous exercise. Each position counteracts the one before, stretching the body, and strengthening muscles while alternately expanding and contracting the chest to regulate breathing. It is considered a comprehensive and ideal practice for physical and spiritual wellbeing.
